At Aura, we use hot wax specifically for intimate areas, underarms, and the face. Hot wax is applied in a slightly thicker layer, allowed to cool and harden, and then removed without the use of strips. It grips the hair rather than the skin, making it a gentler and less painful option for sensitive areas. This method also helps reduce redness and irritation, which is why it’s ideal for delicate parts of the body.

For the rest of the body, we use warm wax, also known as strip wax. Warm wax is applied in a thin layer and removed using a fabric strip. It’s perfect for larger areas such as the legs, arms, back, and chest. This type of waxing is quick, efficient, and leaves the skin feeling soft and hair-free for an extended period.
